Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree in business or liberal arts discipline, or equivelent experience. Life and Health License. 

Minimum work experience required: Three or more years of experience in consulting/brokerage, insurance, or benefits with a proven track record in new business development and organic growth of an existing book of business. Knowledge of Florida market. 

Special skills required: Sales and marketing 
Possess a thorough understanding of the core consulting businesses and opportunities that can develop from these practices. Also should have a well-rounded understanding of what drives the sales process through experience in the insurance or HR sales business. Encourages and cultivates enhanced business opportunities with existing and potential clients by positioning oneself so as to have the opportunity to translate Aons products/services into new business opportunities. Specific areas of expertise needed for this position include but are not limited to: 
*Plan Design 
*HR issues 
*Health care and other plan costs as relate to prospect needs 

Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint). Must have strong organizational, communication, relationship managementtime management skills. Must be detail oriented and have a customer service focus. Ability to multi-task (manage multiple prospects and clients )meet deadlines with minimal supervision. 

Description of dutiesresponsibilities: Develops and executes a sales plan that results in new client revenues Class A that satisfies the assigned sales goal. 
Builds relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects for purposes of introducing Aon and the firms full range of services and solutions. 
Conducts assessments of targeted firms issues and needs. 
Collaborates with practice representatives to cultivate prospect opportunities. 
Oversees the creation and presentation of proposals to prospects 
Effectively leverages direct mail, brochures and other marketing tools to generate sales opportunities. 
Partners across the firm to utilize all applicable resources to facilitate the development of creative options and sales strategies. 
Provides timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data required for purposes of management reporting and sales forecasting. 
Transitions new accounts to the client team seamlessly, but remains connected to insure client satisfaction and referrals. 
Leads regularly scheduled sales and growth meetings, seminars and events. 
Develops and leads sales training and other professional development courses to enhance sales skills. 
Manages activity and sales reporting in Salesforce.com and other duties as assigned
