Basic Qualifications:

 High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

 Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

 Education:College is preferred. 

 Experience:

 Must have a good background in the InflightProvisioning Management at Southwest Airlines or at another airline.

 Must have been a Flight Attendant with Southwest Airlines or another airline. 

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge/Work Style:

 Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

 Must be able to work well with others as part of a Team.

 Possess excellent organizational skills.

 Have a working knowledge of FAR's.

 Must work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments and projects.

 Mental demands include, but are not limited to: detailed work, confidentiality, reading documents, problem-solving, stress, reasoning, verbal and written communication, customer contact, multiple concurrent tasks, and constant interruptions.

 Must work under contractual time constraints to accomplish assignments and projects.

 Ability to meet the public and work under stressful situations.

 Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and face to face. 

Other Qualifications:

 Extended work hours may be required.

 Must maintain a well-groomed appearance.
