This position will be part of the National Accounts Group within the Procurement Team. The National Accounts Group is responsible for developing and managing supplier programs which support indirect spend. Responsibilities include negotiating supplier agreements, managing supplier performance, providing support to operations and assuring compliance with contract terms. This position will be responsible for supporting indirect spending programs, including monitoring program performance, providing support to operations and assuring compliance with contract terms. The position will also be tasked with analyzing categories of spending, identifying opportunities for new national programs which should reduce cost to operations, negotiating new agreements as well as working to improve existing programs. Will interface with operations, communicate national programs, address questions, and ensure supplier support where needed. 
Will monitor total company spending by category to identify noncompliance of existing national programs as well as opportunities to establish new national programs.
Will work with suppliers to provide better service, pricing and product to URS operations. This position will interact with both URS operations and other support groups, working to establish strong national supplier programs in areas of indirect spending, that will enable operations to meet their goals and client's needs, along with streamlining processes to minimize time, paperwork and support required to utilize national programs.
