Provide DB2 production support on z/OS platform during the business day, overnight batch, and weekend maintenance.
- Application support including problem analysis and resolution, data modeling, and SQL tuning.
- DB2 system and application performance tuning.
- Support mainframe DB2 to distributed database replication services.
- Support and monitor distributed application access to mainframe DB2 resources.
- Participate and support mainframe to distributed database migration projects.
- Provide system support during database/infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Interact with business users, application teams, and internal/external infrastructure groups.
