Description 

 In this position, you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of structural test automation capabilities for Intel CPU and SoC products. These capabilities include solutions for modular test reuse, structural test content generation and test content delivery to high volume manufacturing. You will be working individually and as part of a team of developers and architects to deploy current solutions and develop next-generation tools and methodology to improve product engineering efficiency, test cost and quality, and time-to-quality of Intel? products. 

 
 

 Qualifications 

 You should possess a Master of Science degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or in Computer Science. Additional qualifications include: 
- Strong independent software development skills, including proficiency in data structures and algorithms 
- Knowledge of logic design, Design for Test (DFT) principles, and test algorithms (ATPG, fault simulation) 
- Experience developing large software programs in C and/or C++ a UNIX* and/or Linux environment 
- Internship or experience in a relevant area would be an added advantage
