Description of dutiesresponsibilities: Identifies, develops, and maintains the revenue stream in designated territory for commercial premium finance business. Cultivates and maintains strong business relationships that maximize production and margin. Identifies and appoints new agents and brokers. Designs and implements strategies for marketing proposals plans and agreements that keep pace with industry trends, insured needs, producer expectations, and foster growth. Provides guidance and coaching to remote support staff. Travel required.
Minimum required: 3-4 years of Business to Business Sales experience with proven track record. College -Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills - listening, verbal, written, negotiating; sales experience with intangible services; Discern opportunitiesdemonstrate aptitude for creating client interestclosing sales; Knowledge of commercial credit, premium finance, insurance. or banking processesconventions, sales processesmethodologies; Experience with Ins. Carriers, MGA's, Wholesalers, Retailers or Premium Finance Co. desirable. Company car.
