Tetra Tech is a multi-disciplinary firm of consulting environmental scientists and engineers with offices throughout the United States. We are seeking a LAN/PC Technician to join our newly located Golden, CO office and become an integral member of our team.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware, standard Microsoft Applications, Local Area Networks. Work with remote offices to resolve common issues. Set up and deployment of new PCs. Installation of standard business software packages. Assist in design and implementation of new network environments. Hardware and software inventory management.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years help desk level 2 or higher.
Skills Requirements:
Familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems, XP ProVista as well as network topology and Microsoft Active Directory. Server knowledge is beneficial but not necessary. Applicant must be comfortable with remote tools and working with end users via telephone.
Degree Requirements:
Some college preferred.
