Performs clerical duties including: maintaining patient records, scheduling patients for tests/procedures, transcribing physician orders, ordering supplies, and acting as a liaison between physicians, nursing, hospital staff, families, guests and patients. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: clerical and tech experience preferred. Special Training: successful completion of Unit Secretary orientation. Keyboarding skills required. Must pass Keyboarding Skills assessment.
