Job Summary: Evaluates medical records on a quantitative and qualitative basis for completion and will include at least one of the following functions: assembly, analysis, filing, imaging. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1-2 years experience in Health Information preferred. Special Training: must be able to perform keyboard operations and see the source document and CRT screen; must have problem solving abilities.
