We have an opening for a Laboratory Sample Preparation Technician.The successful candidate will prepare samples for HPLC and ICP analyses of nutritional supplement products following established procedures.
Skills
Responsibilities/Job requirements:
.BS in Chemistry or related Life Science preferred
.High school graduate with laboratory experience considered
.Extract samples with aqueous and/or organic solvents for HPLC analyses
.Digest samples with acids to prepare for ICP analyses
.Strong organizational and computer skills
.Ability to complete tasks and achieve results with minimal direction
.Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records a must
.Previous experience with ICP a plus
