Job Description:

Description/Purpose Of Position: Responsible for carrying out goal oriented treatments established by the Occupational Therapist to facilitate maximum level of independence in ADL and UE functioning. 

Job Requirements: 

Education: Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from a college program satisfying the American Occupational Therapy Association academic and intern requirement for competence in OT. License/Certification: Nevada State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. Current CPR certification. Other: Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
