We currently have an exciting opportunity for a DATA PROCESSOR located at our IRVINE, CA office.
DESCRIPTION of DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include the processing of electronic data utilizing Aon's eDiscovery processing tool. Taking data provided by our forensic team and running it through a processing tool (i.e., iPro eCapture). Building load files and then importing them into iConnect. Quality control checks of the processed data. Utilizing a text editing tool to modify load files created by both Aon's eDiscovery processing tools and Aon's eDiscovery hosting platforms.
MINIMUM REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
Familiarity with the Windows operating system, text editors and basic networking skills preferred.
eDiscovery experience from within our industry is highly preferred, but not required.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Basic experience in the Windows operating system to include copying data to network locations, basic file structure management and basic DOS skills. Experience working with load files and data processing.
Experience with the following software is a plus: iConnect, iPRO, Discovery Cracker, iPRO eCapture, Concordance, Summation.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree highly preferred.
