Job Summary 
The role of the Safety & Security Supervisor is to provide for the safety and security of campus properties, patients, employees, and visitors. 
 
 Will supervise assigned staff, develop training programs, respond to emergency situations, maintain records and reports, and contribute to the efficient management of the department. 
 Will respond to hospital staff and address safety & security concerns. 
 Will keep informed regarding Joint Commission issues related to hospital safety & security. 
 Will operate Norton Healthcare vehicles to transport patients, guests and equipment to and from various Norton facilities as required. 
 Location: Norton Downtown Campus 
 
Qualifications 
 High school graduate or equivalent 
 Minimum of five years previous security experience 
 Strongly prefer hospital / healthcare security experience 
 Previous supervisory experience required 
 DOT physical examination 
 Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record.
