Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for an Actuarial Analyst in our Lake Forest, CA office. This position is in the Aon Global Risk Consulting practice. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 Support analytical work including data management, loss forecasting, accruals, self-insurance analysis and cash flow analysis. 

 Collect, organize and analyze data, in support of existing brokerage business and proposal development. 

 Prepare and maintain effective documentation of all client correspondence. 

 Maintain effective day to day relationships with Aon team/client contacts, facilitating data/information collection. 

 Apply existing approaches and processes to specific client assignments, alerting Aon Global Risk Consulting service team to anomalies, as appropriate. 

 Contribute to enhancement of overall assignment results by improving specific operational procedures. 

 Execute routine client service tasks efficiently, delivering products and services, accurately and on time, by applying Aon protocols. 

 Handle various changing work assignments, so as to support client team workload. 

 Maintain frequent interaction with project supervisor. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

 BS Degree or equivalent in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, risk management, or equivalent. 

 Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access. 

 Good communication skills, both oral and in writing. 

 Good organization skills. 

 Have two exams or equivalent completed. 

 Commitment towards the completion of the Actuarial exam program.
