Job Title: Supervisor, Customer Service Call Center
Location: Birmingham, AL

Work Schedule: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Supervises, trains, evaluates and coordinates the activities of the personnel in Customer Services to ensure that the Department's short and long range objectives are being met, and develops and maintains procedures that result in an efficient work flow within the Unit.
Job Requirements:
1. Two years previous supervisory experience in a similar position required. (Insurance Industry Preferred)
2. Four year college degree preferred.
Internal Applicants:
Experience requirement may be substituted with demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication and interaction skills and prior completion of SM 18 & SM 19 or four year college degree.
