JOB SUMMARY:
This position qualifies as filling a special need within the National Park Service. Therefore pay may be set at a rate above the minimum step for the qualified grade level. The rate will be determined by the hiring office at the time of appointment.
This vacancy announcement will be used to fill1 position at this time, however, it may be used to fill additional similar vacancies.Thisposition is located at Pea Ridge National Memorial Park, in Garfield, Arkansas.
These positions supplement the permanent park ranger workforce and serve as NPS law enforcement commissioned park rangers.
