Description: We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. The Administrative Assistant will collect and analyze HR data, and then make recommendations to management; Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures; Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Skills Desired:The successful candidate will have a minimum of some college training. A Bachelors degree is preferred. The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Human Resource experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
