Processing bid bill back payments to Tyson distributors; must be highly accurate, understand basic accounting payment principles and work with deadlines. Process bid bill backs by checking distributor invoice costs against our approved bid pricing, processing expense coding into checks, deduction authorizations or deductions. Other adhoc duties as situations arise.

Requirements:

Education: Requires knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, standard office equipment and business practices. Knowledge is normally acquired by four years of high school, a vocational school, or equivalent.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of accounting related activities or experience.

Computer skills: Requires basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Requires a basic understanding of Sales Inventory Management system, Sales Expense Management, Bid System and Imaging software systems.
