We currently have the following position available:Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:I> 

Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of 40+ full and part-time associates. 

Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise. 

Oversee and monitor shrink reduction plans. 

Manage the daily activity of the sales floor. 

Develop creative plans to increase store sales. 

Qualifications: 

 

Two plus years experience in retail management, merchandise, fashion, apparel, big box, speciality, soft-lines experience a plus! 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Experience managing retail stores with volumes of three million dollars or more. 

Knowledge of retail operations, human resources and shrink reduction plans. 

Strong supervisory skills.
