Data Capture Operators are primarily responsible for the accurate data entry of incoming healthcare documents as specified by system requirements and clients' documented policies and procedures. Associates review, validate, and correct information applied by other associates and by the OCR system. Data Capture Operators choose the appropriate provider and/or vendor and have the ability to recognize missing and/or incomplete information. They identify correct member from member number and/or name search by matching characteristics (e.g., date of birth, social security number, etc.). Associates must meet or exceed production and quality standards for processing and follow documented policies and procedures. Data Capture Operators provide accurate daily reporting of on-hand production to supervisor/manager as required by department policies and procedures.
Required Skills Data entry alpha and numerice with 10000 key strokes per hour.
