Are you looking for an excellent Part-time opportunity with a respected organization? Park Bank has a part-time Administrative Assistant role at our Downtown location (330 E. Kilbourn Ave.).
Working with our Downtown team, this Administrative Assistant role offers the opportunity to utilize both administrative and interpersonal skills. As one of two assistants, the chosen candidate can look forward to a great deal of variety.
Primary duties include the support of our Commercial and Private Bankers, assisting our retail customers, and from time-to-time providing administrative support on legal matters. The Administrative Assistant is a key part of our Downtown team.
Requirements:
Based in a branch environment, this position requires excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and have strengths in spelling and grammar. The AA must also have the ability to complete assignments timely and accurately.
Our Administrative Assistants work regularly with our customers, so a pro-active approach to problem solving and resourcefulness are a must.
Previous experience within a financial institution with knowledge of loans and banking operations is strongly preferred.
