We also have a great referral program.Primary Responsibilities:*The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Call Center and Customer Care Unit. *Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, optimizing the use of applicable technologies to ensure Center performances are within the required service levels objectives, evaluating and adopting new technologies and/or procedures aimed at improving customer experiences and agent performance, and assessing satisfaction levels of service and performance. *Partners with Human Resources to enhance Associate morale. *Directs center operations to ensure daily, weekly and monthly quality and service levels are met for each client.Primary Skills required (must have): *2 – 5 years managerial experience preferably in the Customer Service and/or Call Center industry. *Telephony Call Flow design experience and knowledge of skill based routing.
