Answers customer calls to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting with the entire Stryker Imaging product line.
• Coordinates technical support activity for in-house and field action investigation.
• First line technical support to customer
• Analyzes and recommends response to the customer complaint to ensure corrective action is performed to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
• Stays in close contact with the customer base to provide complete closure to all complaints and/or issues.
• Works on interfacing with the Sales organization, Support organization, customers and 3rd party equipment and application vendors.
• Travels to customer sites as required.
• Point of contact between customer and vendor on customer’s hardware related issues.
• Provides support for OfficePACS MAC and PC, and provides maintenance and customer training. Maintains customer systems by logging in remotely on a regular basis to expand local storage capacity at each location.
• Provides support for RemoteImage and RI within OfficePACS, as well as maintenance and customer training.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Associate Technical Support Manager.
Qualifications/Work Experience • High school diploma required
• 1-2 years of related experience
