The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing the agency plant and client relationships within an assigned state or territory within a state. This position is responsible for marketing Summit's worker's compensation products and services to t
he independent agent plant and to current and potential clients. This incumbent is responsible for Summit's premium volume in their territory including developing new business plans with the agencies within the territory, monitoring submission, quote an
d sales activity by agency and producer, meeting Summit's retention targets via agent and client presentations and relationships, and monitoring Summit's agent and client base for customer satisfaction and competitive activity. This position is the crit
ical link which coordinates the effectiveness of Summit's agent facing service activity including underwriting, premium audit, loss control and claims.
