Unit Manager
Coach individual performance and provide feedback to staff of 15-20 with the intent of driving the desired business results.Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to staff.Participate in staff selection and interview process.Conduct formal and informal performance discussions and reviews.Create and foster a trusting and engaging work environment and ensure a culture of accountable, integrity and respect.Perform administrative functions, recognition programs, and other special projects as needed. Strong leadership skills are critical to success in this position.
Specifications / Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business related field and/or a combination of education and 2-4 years of relevantprogressive work experience.
Proven ability to make sound decisions
Demonstrated success in leadership roles
Ability to direct and motivate staff with integrity and ethics
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective planning and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills
Superior execution skills with a focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelines
Schedule: Monday - Friday DaysOccasional Saturday based upon business need.
