Description
Directly lead a team of up to15 analysts to achieve individual, team and business goals
Analyze and manage various performance and productivity objectives
Provide leadership, guidance and feedback on individual performance
Create and foster a trusting and engaging work environment with a focus on employee retention
Ensure a culture of accountability, integrity and respect
Participate and support various projectsrelated to sales compliance
Participate in recruitment activities as needed
Investigate non compliant inquiries
Participate and/or facilitatedepartment and cross site calibrations
Validate scripts andsystem flows on an ongoing basis Incorporate new legal and regulatory input into existing sales policies and practices.

Proven ability to make sound business decisions.

Solid leadership skills and ability to direct and motivate staff with integrity and ethics.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups.
Experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance.

Superior execution skills with a focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelines.
Customer Service and Sales Management experience preferred.
Acute attention to detail with thorough follow through
