Prepare the Company’s regulatory accounting reports, including the FDIC call report and various Federal Reserve reports. Work with other corporate accounting team members to ensure completion of accurate and timely regulatory filings.1.Prepare and file quarterly FDIC call report, including working with other team members to ensure the report is prepared and reviewed timely and accurately. 2.Prepare and file quarterly Federal Reserve reports for the holding company, including working with other team members to ensure the report is prepared and reviewed accurately and timely. 3.Prepare and file various other regulatory filings which are due weekly, annually and quarterly. Ensure the reports are prepared and reviewed accurately and timely. 4.Calculate the risk-based capital ratios monthly for the Bank and the Holding Company. 5.Perform special projects as required.Preferred Qualifications: 1.Thorough knowledge of advanced accounting principles and practice. Good analytical abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills. Above average understanding of accounting consolidations and eliminations. Accounting degree and CPA preferred, but comparable work experience accepted. 2.Comprehensive understanding of the components of the balance sheet and the corresponding relationships to the income statement. 3.Previous regulatory reporting experience in a financial institution is preferred. 4.Two to five years of job-related experience in the accounting and /or audit areas.
