Job Description: Responsibilities
*Lead All Plant System Integration Activities related to the FA Class Product Line, Rapid Response, Fast Start CC & HT SCR Programs.*Lead multiple cross-functional teams across EED, ATO, PPS/PPE for development of NPI product concepts and strategies for delivering differentiated products at the plant level.*Lead/coordinate with 9FA SIL (Safety) program management, design development, NPI Tollgate & CRD, PDR, DDR Chief Engineer Reviews.*Provide lead support for field-testing and validation programs.*Develop, Coordinate and Maintain Plant Systems Master Integrated Schedule for F Class NPI Programs, to improve quality, productivity, and timeliness.*Lead development of NPI Program Cost Budgets.*Conduct analysis on current burn rate and develop EAC for all program expenses, Engineering, SW&L and external Funded programs.*Develop, report and track metrics to provide NPI Program Team with updated Schedules & Cost analysis.*Develop process and Issue Early Warning Schedule Timeliness and Budget variances. Qualifications
* B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.* 8+ Years experience in an Engineering environment.* Minimum 5+ years experience in project management and/or scheduling.* Cost Control & Tracking Experience.* Computer programming experience, analytical, scheduling and tracking skills.* Primavera or MS Project Schedule Software Experience.* Green Belt Certification (GE employees only). Desired
* Gas Turbine experience.* Black Belt Certification (GE employees only).* Ability to lead change and implement new process with global team.* Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. General
