Under general supervision, is generally accomplished in a variety of human resources functional areas which may include compensation, benefit administration, employment, recreation, professional development and training, etc. May function as a team leader or group participant on special human resources projects including but not limited to planning, proposals, and estimating. Performs routing and more complex human resources projects. Administers all applicable personnel policies and procedures affecting exempt, non-exempt, and craft employees. Must be knowledgeable of human resources policies and procedures. Demonstrates problem-solving skills. Interfaces with groups inside and outside the organization (other HR departments, SBUs, projects, business lines, vendors).Demonstrates proficiency in the use of PC-based business applications, including a working knowledge of applicable HR systems. May have project lead or supervisory responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field, accomplished HR professional
•Masters degree preferred
•Typically has 5-9 years of related experience
•Has worked under minimal supervision, with latitude for independent judgment, for a supervisor, manager, or office manager of Human Resources
Job Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, or related field
•Must have expert ability in working with Microsoft Office Suite
•Previous experience working with all levels of management, particularly senior levels
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•Excellent presentation / communication skills are required
•Demonstrated ability to turn data analysis into insights
•Must have working knowledge of statistical analysis
•Must be able to multi-task by working on several assignments for various customers
•Must be a team player
•Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•Must be highly organized
•Must be able to travel as required up to 50% of the time, including hostile areas
