The Front Desk Coordinator will serve at the initial point of contact for the Sales Office. He/she will handle all phone lines, greeting clients and taking care of rotation of phone information calls and walk-in clients as well as Inventory control of beverages and general supplies for the office. Additional administrative duties include providing administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Executives. Flexible and weekend hours are required. JOB DUTIES: ?Answer all incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner ?Greet all quests entering Sales Office in a timely and personable manner ?Direct all walk in clients to a sales executive ?Prepare reports and track all data as assigned from walk ins. ?Provide clerical support to Sales Manager when needed BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: ?High School Diploma Required ?Convey a professional appearance and telephone manner is essential ?Excellent communication skills (oral and written) ?Proven experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook ?Professional phone skills with excellent customer service ?Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task ?Ability to work in fast-paced environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: ?Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail ?Strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds ?Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
