Job Description
At Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Inc. ( http://www.it-solutions.usa.siemens.com), The Project Coordinator will demonstrate an ability to interface and consult with all levels of Management and interface with Customer contacts, as a Strategic Business Partner. Each has a proven history of generating outstanding business results. Gathering and validating requirements from both the technical and business process perspectives. Work Week: T - S. Hours: 9A - 6P. CAPM certification must be obtained within six months of starting this position. If you do not have CAPM certification and can not obtain one within the six month timeframe, then you will not be considered. Coordinate project flow for IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) IT projects. Communicate with customer to verify scope information to create Clarify cases and dispatch to the technicians. Track projects from customer system to creating Clarify cases in Siemens system. Monitor region queue, submit Remedy Change Control when necessary, monitor Asset Tracking for region. Communicate with customers both internal and external on regional IMAC activity. Follow set processes and assist in establishing new processes. Develop account reoprt set as detailed within the account PMO Operations Guide Report Matrix for review with Account Management, Area Director, and Regional PMO Manager. Provide Weekly PMO Status Update reports to Regional PMO Manager.
