Job Description
Siemens has an immediate opening for a Data Analyst located in Beaverton, OR. Responsibilities include: Ability to provide the reporting and data analysis support functions as set forth in the service agreement. The analyst works independently and in close relation with the Quality & Continuous Improvement team to identify and perform trend analysis that leads to increased customer services and quality improvements. This position strives to proactively find service related gaps and determine ways to improve the overall service delivery. Ability to deal effectively with people and maintain rapport with customers, both external and internal, is essential. Overall goal is to improve processes, service level attainment, while increasing customer satisfaction.This position requires strong written and oral communication skills with proven interpersonal skills. Exceptional analytical skills are critical. A thorough knowledge and understanding of IT support service experience is required. Our preferred candidate will have Lean Six Sigma and ITIL experience.Job Family Responsibilities: Assist in the maintenance, organization, and distribution of technical records and information Conduct routine analysis, project/process reporting and database/data management Assist in the development of programs, statistical reports, budgets and presentations Key Responsibilities: Performs basic tasks and functions for professional field of work. Identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.Education: BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Typically up to 2 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
