Provides a key interface with internal and external customers and Customer Care as well as first-level supervision back-up for all call center activities. Works closely with Customer Care AssociatesManagement, Transportation, Warehouse, Purchasing, Information Services, Marketing and Sales to proactively support customer intimacy and respond quickly to both external and internal customer requests. Assists with training and development, both internal and external, to provide the highest level of service to customers.
Qualifications Include:
Two to three years college or equivalent work experience.
Two years recent supervisory experience with a proven track record in achieving business objectives.
Two or more years experience working with retail customers with a demonstrated ability to effectively resolve issues as they occur to the satisfaction of both the customer and company.
Food industry experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of organization along with a good understanding of support departments operation preferred.
Working knowledge of some of companys information systems preferred.
Knowledge and proficiency with personal computer software (MS-Word and Excel preferred). Bi-lingual ability (English/Spanish) would be beneficial.
Demonstrated excellent written communication skills including the development of operating procedures and customer/employee communications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively including the ability to project a courteous and helpful image.
Must have strong problem solving skills including the ability to gather and evaluate information and then demonstrate good judgment in identifying best solutions.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results by working through others.
Team building and facilitation skills are required.
Must have ability to work independently without direct supervision.
