Purpose
As an Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for one of the following work centers within a Target store: Logistics, Guest Service, Human Resources, Hardlines, Softlines, Perishables, or Assets Protection. Your three major areas of responsibility include team member management, store leadership, and community service.

Driving sales by overseeing the guest service and merchandising of two to three departments with sales ranging from $2 - $9 million
Managing floor leadership during the hours of operation, as well as opening and closing the store on assigned days
Assisting with recruiting and hiring of your team
Receiving extensive training to help you become a strong store executive leader
Providing your team with orientation and training, counseling and coaching, and on-the-job support
Ensuring great service by interacting with guests and team members
Striving to achieve sales goals and maintain budget controls
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
4-year college degree
Two or more years of retail merchandising and operations management experience
Supervisor level experience
Ability to operate store computer and electronic systems
Ability to read and understand labels, instructions, reports, policies and procedures
Proven conflict management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
