Responsible for assisting bartender with any and all needs to ensure proper bar operations. Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every guest encountered. Performs all duties in accordance with Company core values, the objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies, procedures and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with computer systems and Point-of-Sale operations are preferred but not a must. A background in retail sales and some casino/hotel experience would be helpful. One or more years previous experience in high volume bar preferred.. Experience with computer systems, personal computers, safety equipment and Point-of-Sale operations are preferred. The ability to read and interpret simple documents, such as written work instructions, interpret system or procedure manuals, labels and safety warnings. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.. Must be able to listen to and assist employees and/or guests in finding solutions to problems or concerns. Requires working knowledge of drink recipes and coffee beverages. Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and push, pull, or drag up to 175 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
