Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every guest encountered. Prepare and pour drinks for guests and beverage servers.Handle all payment transactions accurately. Performs all duties in accordance with Company core values, the objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies, procedures and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

One or more years of previous experience in high volume bar required. Bartender school or formal apprenticeship required; five years experience in bartending may be substituted for bartender school. Requires experience in accurately handling various forms of payment transactions, decision-making, problem-solving, complaint resolution and guest service. A background in retail sales and some casino/hotel experience would be helpful. Prior alcohol awareness training preferred. Experience with computer systems, personal computers, safety equipment and Point-of-Sale operations are preferred. Requires working knowledge of drink recipes and coffee beverages. Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand or walk for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and push, pull, or drag up to 175 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
