Job Title: Sr. DoD/FMS Business Development Manager

ARINC is looking for a results-oriented self-starter with demonstrated Project Management skills to join our team as a Business Development Manager in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
•Support strategy development and execution
•Develop marketing materials
•Information/position papers and reports
•Responsible for annual bookings in excess of $50M.
•Implement Corporate and Company business processes and procedures leading to program win
•Manage campaign team operations tools and processes
•Coordinate review of efforts for executive management.
•Ensure all new business policies and procedures are complied with and fulfilled
•Coordination with the customer and with the appropriate US Government agencies
•Support development of formal acquisition materials including requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP).
•Coordinate briefing material for senior level management reviews and reports
Qualifications All candidates must have at least 10 years of experience, a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
The ideal Market Support candidate will possess the following experience/skill set:
•Execution and results oriented -demonstrated project management skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to craft executive-level presentations, papers and reports for internal and external senior leadership audiences.
•Team building skills. This includes the ability to effectively lead cross-functional projects across organizational boundaries.
•Knowledge of Government contracting and acquisition processes.
•Familiarity with aircraft integration and modification services.
•Familiarity with proposal development process, opportunity reviews, and pricing efforts
•Familiarity with the life cycle of a business opportunity - from market development to program implementation.
•Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to assist in developing and maintaining customer loyalty, trust and partnerships.
•Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and translate their value to customers.
•Proven ability to meet commitments within cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
•Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities.
•Skilled at complex problem solving and conflict resolution.
The position will require some domestic and international travel. Also, applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information
Amount of Travel Required for Position 25%-50%
