The AIG Benefits Department is seeking a Benefits Administrator. Candidate will be responsible for responding to retiree medical, life, benefit and eligibility questions for all active employees and retired employees. Candidate will provide retirement estimate requests to all active employees considering retirement, will update retiree credits and costs, and will process eligibility with the various insurers and State Street Bank. Skills/Experience Required:•Candidate must have excellent phone, communication and organization skills. •Must be proficient on MS Word, Excel and Power point.
