DescriptionThis exciting and visible position allows you to leverage our brand new Park Avenue showroom by promoting it to our broad target audience including large corporations, AD Firms, Interior Designers, Architects, Real Estate development companies, large general contractors and professional organizations like IIDA, AIA, and BOMA. 
This important role initiates, plans and leads events and presentations in the showroom. Youll greet and tour customers within the showroom through informative presentations as well. Youll work cross functionally with specialized and brilliant sales and marketing professionals to plan and deliver events for small groups as well as larger focused gatherings. This is a role in which youll develop creative strategies to use our global brand to help utilize the showroom for business development functions and improving sales opportunities. Youll be a key contributor in a team based environment! 

Minimum requirements include the following:
 *Bachelor degree in Hospitality, business administration or marketing/design/advertising or equivalent. 
 *A minimum of Four years experience in event planning, hospitality or travel coordination with presentation delivery experience.
 *2 years supervising the work of others.
 *This position requires the related work experience to be in the local market. No relocation expense available.
