Responsible for ensuring that Devons natural gas production is scheduled accurately and timely ensuring flow 100% of the time. Additionally, the position will support the natural gas sales team providing timely marketing information required in making daily decisions.
Job Description:
1.Schedule, confirm and monitor Devon natural gas volumes to ensure 100% flow all the time.
2.Monitor pipeline bulletin boards for marketing information (e.g. maintenance, discounts, OFOs) needed to make daily sales decisions.
3.Maintain daily position report and risk analysis schedule to ensure pipeline imbalances are kept to a minimal to prevent penalty assessments.
4.Timely and accurate input of volume control information into Allegro system to ensure timely generation of Sales Margin Report to Accounting Department for invoicing purposes.
5.Ensure that scheduling adheres to all SOX/FERC requirements.
6.Respond to all internal and external accounting/audit requests.
7. Review and approve monthly transportation invoices and cashouts, evaluating for contract compliance and accuracy.
8. Review Gas Sales/Transportation Agreements for Volume Control provisions.

Job Requirements:
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment scheduling natural gas on intrastate/interstate pipelines.
Minimum two (2) years experience in Gas Marketing/Transportation environment preferably with a natural gas producer.
Minimum four (4) year degree required
Proficient with Microsoft Office
