Meet and exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts. Focus on increasing revenue potential by selling data features and access revenue through assigned accounts. Focus on meeting and exceeding key metrics in sales and features.
Assist in managing the productivity of assigned locations through effective interactive training with salesreps during downtime. Assist Store Manager with strategy for wireless growth and helping develop better sales skills and practices for their salesreps to sell more profitably. Help facilitate training with part time staff that works similar hours.
Sell phones, services and accessories at National Retail locations. Handles administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts, verifying identification, running credit, preparing customer files, addressing local market promotions, filing finished orders to ensure accurate and efficient processing. Provides information on products, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data. Interface with other departments on customer behalf when necessary. Drives revenue by communicating the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate. Provides world-class experience by resolving customer complaints or referring customer to supervisor or proper department for resolution.
Work closely with the Full Time National Retail Account Executive to coordinate internal training to learn our programs and also to receive on the job training. Develop and maintain supportive relationships with existing accounts to meet sales objectives. Ensure all locations are merchandised properly and timely with promotional materials. Assist with conflict resolution between national retailer and customers. Support trade shows or equivalent hosting events. Schedule will require evenings, weekends, and holiday availability. Assists with special projects assigned by supervisor or other duties as assigned by management to drive incremental sales.
Position is commission and quota based. May be required to wear shirt with ATT logo.
Schedule: Thursday – Sunday ( 20 Hours )
Pay rate is hourly wage plus monthly commissions.
Position Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required; Some college or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of wireless sales or equivalent.
• Experience working in the telecommunications industry is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail; and the ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Computer proficiency, ability to operate wireless equipment, photocopier and facsimile machine, printer and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
• The ability to work day, evening, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime. In addition, must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, up to eight hours per day; and travel to multiple store locations when required.
• Reliable Transportation and Drivers License Required with a clean driving record.
