Case Processing Unit's major functions are: 1) to create a unique computer record for each immigrant visa petition received from Post or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services; 2) to ensure that case data information entered into the IVIS system is complete and accurate based on supporting documents, Department of State guidelines and procedures. The process includes visa symbol determination, post assignment, as well as name and address.
 
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation.

Required Experience 

The successful candidates should have a high school diploma or a GED and 3-5 years of work experience. The position currently available requires strong skills in English. The applicants are required to type 30 words per minute and should be familiar with our computer systems. The selected candidates will perform basic work required to carry out the task of the Case Processing unit. Applicants should have basic computer literacy and knowledge of world geography.
