SHOE DEPARTMENT MANAGER TRAINEE

Job Description:


Implements strategies that maximize opportunities to achieve sales budget and profitability goals. 


Establishes consistent communication standards 


Manages all of the Human Resources functions of the district 

 

Job Requirements:


Enjoys working in a fast pace environment 


Relocation is preferred 


Retail experience is a plus 


High energy level/self motivated 


Excellent Communication skills 


retail experience or fast food service a plus!
