Position Summary: 
 

 The Talent Scout will provide a candidate sourcing support to the recruiting team in Fargo and Headquarters. This will include posting positions, resume database searches, cold calling, research, other sourcing activities and special projects as needed. 
 

 Position Essential Functions: 
 


Conducts research and cold calls to potential candidates to identify interest in TCHS 

Posts positions to various websites 

Searches various resume databases for qualified candidates 

Conducts pre-employment reference checks for new hires 

Manages candidate flow within the Ceridian ATS 

Partners with all functional areas with HR organization 

Participates in regular HR planning meetings and special events 

In times of low recruitment activity, support other functions within TCHS such as credentialing, etc. 

Performs special assignments or projects assigned by HR Leadership
 

 Position Qualifications: 
 


One or more years of inside sales, telemarketing or call center experience 

Some college preferred 

Contagious enthusiasm and a love for telephone work 

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities 

Strong attention to detail 

Pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude which embraces the Take Care culture and works well with all levels of colleagues throughout the country both internally and externally 

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite user experience; embraces the use of web-based technology 

Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
