We have an immediate opportunity for a General Manager.This position directs all branch activities in a manner which ensures total quality and effective customer service. Will manage staff duties and responsibilities, develop and direct implementation of policies, procedures and improvements for efficiency, and ensure productivity and sales objective attainment. Will have PL responsibility including preparing the branch annual budget, sales projections, staffing needs, financing requirements and profit objectives. Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, supplier representatives and factory sales offices. 

Requirements: 

A degree from four-year college or university; and seven years electronics distribution experience with proven track of success and increased responsibility in inside sales, field sales and sales management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possesses thorough knowledge and understanding of the following; sales, purchasing, product, vendors, warehousing, branch operations and systems. Requires some travel. Exhibits strong management skills along with great presentation skills, the ability to analyze data, solve problems, negotiate and multi-task.
