- Identifying, isolating, and resolving simple to complex network issues.
- Problem documentationtracking, change management and implementation.
- Network procedure and documentation maintenance, Security compliance.
- Expert level skills needed in the following platforms: CISCO Routers and Switches (6000 series).
- Experience using CiscoWorks, VitalNet, TACACS+, MRTG, Sniffer, Ethereal, and/or similar tools.
- Ability to produce detailed level designs based on customer/system requirements and industry best practices.
- Proficient with Visio.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Required to be onsite.
- Must carry a pager and participate in pager rotation.
- Some weekend and after hours changes required.
