Essential Accountabilities:
Work with entire software team to define and follow best practice QA processes
Lead planning, estimation, prioritization and successful execution of testing activities.
Complete implementation of automated regression testing strategy
Requirements: Qualifications:
4 year degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with automated testing tools. Experience with IBM Rational Tester a plus.
Experience with Microsoft .NET 2.0 and SQL Server database environments
Business experience with electronic medical record and practice management systems is a plus.
Knowledge of a variety of development methodologies (including Agile)
Ability to apply analysis skills in cases where legacy application areas are not completely documented.
Additional Responsibilities:
Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects.
Provide leadership as QA function grows
Perform other duties as assigned.
