Position Summary: This position is under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager and or General Manager. This position manages and directs operational activities for CPS location(s). In addition to operational duties the Facility Manager is also accountable for personnel, accounting functions, record keeping, coordination of meetings, obtaining supplies and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. Proactively seeks new ways to increase productivity and efficiency.
Skills:Accountabilities:
1. Oversees and supervises the location(s) operation procedures and employees.
2. Advance strategic planning for location(s) operations.
3. Organizes and assigns location(s) activities, tasks and staffing.
4. Self-development for Operations Managers position.
5. Work with the Regional Human Resources Manager to recruit qualified staff, employee training and development, succession planning and employee relations, counseling and disciplinary issues.
6. Review and measure employee performance and take corrective action when appropriate.
7. Must establish and maintain solid client relations.
8. Learn to prepare and audit location(s) reports and books.
9. Prepare location(s)budgets and control expenses.
10. Ensure that location(s) payables are processed in a timely manner.
