We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate III - A/P to support the Company. This position performs complex clerical accounting duties involving calculations and analysis, reconciliations, verifications, and postings while ensuring accuracy and validity in the accounting processes.

 

Duties and responsibilities: 

Maintains and processes accounting transactions to assist with accurate financial reporting. 

Reconciles more complex accounts, identifies discrepancies found, and provides the corrective action to be taken. 

Assists with month end close activities and preparing financial exhibits. 

Communicates with others in order to exchange information and to answer questions or resolve issues. 

Prepares various financial reports. 

 

Experience and Skills:

 

Qualifications:

 

Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management or equivalent experience

 

Four - seven years accounting/finance and clerical experience

 

Have an understanding of the Accounting fundamentals

 

Strong communication skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy

 

Solid typing and 10 key skills

 

PC skills to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
