Job Title: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, College of Engineering, Career Development

Assist the director in the delivery of career services for undergraduate/graduate engineering students, including: career coaching, resume reviews, professional development seminars, employer panels, career fairs, co-op/internship programs, on-campus recruiting and permanent placement. Serve as liaison with other university career centers to maximize student placement opportunities. Coordinate recruiting events to minimize costs and satisfy employer requirements. Seek out new clients and establish and maintain strong employer relationships, support engineering student organizations, and maintain open communications with other engineering departments.
Required Skills
Requires: B.A./B.S. or equivalent (M.S./M.A. preferred), and three years of recruiting, career counseling, co-op, or human resources experience.
